With the soaring demand for high-end dramas, especially from Video On Demand (VOD) platforms, Molinare is seeing an increasing need to increase its capacity for high-end drama post-production services at its London-based facility.
Praetura Commercial Finance listened carefully to Molinare’s growth objectives and structured a £2,350,000 funding package, comprising a confidential invoice discounting line and a cash flow facility to support the business to achieve these.
Julie Parmenter, CEO of the Molinare Group, commented: “Since we had worked with the team at Praetura Commercial Finance a number of years ago, they were on our radar when we were looking to change funders. They were very positive throughout the process and we know from previous experience that we can rely on them to think outside the box.”
They delivered the availability of ongoing working capital we needed smoothly and efficiently. The new facility from Praetura Commercial Finance will provide us with a platform to capitalise on the increasing demand for post-production services, in line with our plans for future growth.
Stuart Bates, Commercial Director of Praetura Commercial Finance, said: “It has been exciting to work with such a talented team at Molinare Group, who have been nominated and won a record number of awards, from the Oscars, Baftas and Emmy’s to the Golden Globes. The ability to think creatively is also core to the way in which we work, constantly looking at fresh ways in which we can generate the maximum funding to meet the needs of ambitious, innovative fast-growth businesses with strong management teams and sound business plans.”
